Objective: To analyse the efficacy and stability of molar intrusion with mini-implants in anterior open bite: Systematic review. Method: Systematic review. Results: 15 scientific articles were reviewed. Conclusion: Molar intrusion with mini-implants is presented as an effective and stable technique for the treatment of anterior open bite, offering a less invasive and more controlled alternative to traditional surgical methods. The systematic review shows that, with proper planning and correct calibration of the forces applied, it is possible to achieve long-lasting and predictable results.
