The objective is to analyze the possibility of falsification of evidence through artificial intelligence. The methodology was worked from the qualitative approach based on documentary review, 16 articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected. Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform judicial processes by improving accuracy, efficiency and data analysis in the production and assessment of evidence. However, it also poses significant risks, such as falsification of evidence, data manipulation, and lack of clear ethical and regulatory standards, which may compromise the principles of justice, fairness, and transparency.
