Resumen

Objetivo: analizar los trastornos ginecológicos desde la nutrición, microbiomas, hormonas y terapias emergentes. Método: Revisión sistemática. Resultados y conclusión: Los trastornos ginecológicos son condiciones complejas que requieren un enfoque integral para su manejo, considerando la interacción entre factores nutricionales, hormonales, microbiológicos y terapias emergentes. La evidencia revisada destaca el potencial de las dietas antiinflamatorias, la modulación del microbioma y las terapias hormonales personalizadas como estrategias clave para mejorar los resultados clínicos.
