Objective: to analyse gynaecological disorders from the perspective of nutrition, microbiomes, hormones and emerging therapies. Method: Systematic review. Results and conclusion: Gynaecological disorders are complex conditions that require a comprehensive approach to their management, considering the interaction between nutritional, hormonal and microbiological factors and emerging therapies. The evidence reviewed highlights the potential of anti-inflammatory diets, microbiome modulation and personalised hormone therapies as key strategies for improving clinical outcomes.
