Objetivo: analizar el rol de enfermería en el manejo del traumatismo cráneo encefálico. Método: Revisión sistemática de 15 artículos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: La evidencia sugiere que la calidad de la atención enfermera influye significativamente en los resultados clínicos y la calidad de vida de los pacientes con TCE, se identifican brechas importantes entre la evidencia científica y la práctica clínica, especialmente en contextos con recursos limitados, relacionadas con la falta de formación especializada, la ausencia de protocolos estandarizados y las limitaciones estructurales de los sistemas sanitarios.
