analizar los factores psicosociales y su impacto en la adherencia al tratamiento antirretroviral en adolescentes con VIH. Método: Revisión sistemática de 15 artículos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: El estigma y la discriminación continúan siendo, lamentablemente, barreras significativas para la adherencia al TAR, lo que destaca la imperiosa necesidad de implementar intervenciones a nivel comunitario y social para reducir el estigma asociado al VIH. Por su parte, la revelación del diagnóstico emerge como un proceso crítico que, cuando se maneja adecuadamente, puede facilitar considerablemente la adherencia al tratamiento.
