Influencia de la desnutrición sobre el desarrollo cognitivo en estudiantes infantes [Influence of malnutrition on cognitive development in infant students]

Objetivo: analizar la influencia de la desnutrición sobre el desarrollo cognitivo en estudiantes infantes. Método: Revisión sistemática en 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y Conclusión: La evidencia revisada destaca que la desnutrición afecta procesos neurobiológicos esenciales, como la mielinización y la sinaptogénesis, además de estar asociada con alteraciones en la microbiota intestinal, la salud muscular y el sistema inmunológico, lo que agrava su impacto en el desarrollo cerebral.
