To present a clinical case of stage IIIB cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Method: Clinical case of a 50-year-old female patient. Results and conclusion: The patient presented with advanced symptoms, characterised by severe pelvic pain, leucorrhoea, oliguria and weight loss, which underlines the importance of a comprehensive diagnosis that includes imaging studies, histopathological evaluation and biomarkers to determine the extent of the disease and guide treatment.
