Objetivo: presentar caso clínico sobre carcinoma celular escamoso cervicouterino estadio IIIB. Método: Caso clínico en paciente femenina de 50 años. Resultados y conclusión: La paciente presentó un cuadro clínico avanzado, caracterizado por dolor pélvico severo, leucorrea, oliguria y pérdida de peso, lo que subraya la importancia de un diagnóstico integral que incluya estudios de imagen, evaluación histopatológica y biomarcadores para determinar la extensión de la enfermedad y guiar el tratamiento.
