Objective: to analyse Proteus syndrome (PS) from a nursing perspective. Method: Systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusion: Nursing care should focus on four fundamental areas: comprehensive assessment and monitoring, specific care for clinical manifestations, education and psychosocial support, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.
