Objetivo: analizar el síndrome de Proteus (SP) desde el abordaje en enfermería. Método: Revisión sistemática de 15 artículos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: Los cuidados de enfermería deben centrarse en cuatro áreas fundamentales: valoración integral y monitorización, cuidados específicos de las manifestaciones clínicas, educación y apoyo psicosocial, y coordinación de la atención multidisciplinar.
