Onto-epistemic algorithmic, Humanising in accordance with constitutionally guaranteed security [Algorética ontoepistémica, Humanizadora conforme a la seguridad en garantía constitucional]

Abstract

The current manuscript addresses the managerial action of community organisations for the social participation of citizen security. The objective is to analyse onto-epistemic, humanising algorithmics in accordance with security as guaranteed by the constitution. A phenomenological study was carried out based on the experience of the informants from the testimonies of three police managers. The study shows that, despite the existence of initiatives and models of participation in certain municipalities such as Baruta, weaknesses are identified in the application of scientific knowledge and in the articulation of comprehensive strategies. The lack of concrete and measurable proposals in communities with less experience in neighbourhood assemblies highlights the need to promote training processes that improve management and social co-responsibility.
