The protection of the rights of children and adolescents in judicial proceedings, particularly in the pre-trial phase, represents a fundamental challenge for justice systems. The objective of this study is to analyze the guarantee of non-revictimization of children in the prosecutorial investigation phase. We worked with a documentary review methodology. Despite regulatory advances, the application of adequate protocols continues to be insufficient, which exposes minors to revictimization that erodes their psychological development and weakens their trust in the administration of justice. This study emphasizes that in order to achieve a truly protective justice system, training for justice operators is indispensable, along with the establishment of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Only through an effective commitment to the comprehensive protection of children's rights will it be possible to consolidate an effective justice system.
