Resumen

Objetivo: analizar la interacción humano-tecnología para mejorar la relación médico-paciente y el bienestar emocional desde una revisión sistemática. Método: Revisión sistemática PRISMA, analizándose 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y Conclusión: La revisión sistemática confirma que la interacción humano-tecnología tiene un papel disruptivo para mejorar la relación médico-paciente y el bienestar emocional, siempre que se integre de manera equilibrada y complementaria a la comunicación humana. La tecnología, especialmente la inteligencia artificial y las plataformas digitales, puede optimizar la gestión del tiempo, facilitar la comunicación en situaciones críticas y fortalecer el apoyo social, contribuyendo a una atención más eficiente y personalizada.
