Abstract

Objective: to analyse the use of Cinacalcet for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism. Method: Systematic review. Results and conclusion: to analyse advances in the prevention and management of preeclampsia. Method: Systematic review. Results and conclusion: Recent advances in the prevention and management of preeclampsia have led to a better understanding of its pathophysiology and the implementation of more effective strategies, such as the use of low-dose acetylsalicylic acid, early screening using biomarkers and uterine artery Doppler, and the exploration of emerging therapies such as statins. However, challenges remain in relation to the personalisation of interventions, the identification of preconception risk factors and the optimisation of management in specific clinical scenarios, such as caesarean delivery.
