Abstract

Objective: to analyse the psychological and emotional impact of induced abortion. Method: Systematic review. Results and conclusion: The psychological and emotional impact of induced abortion is a multifaceted phenomenon that depends on individual, social and legal factors, encompassing aspects such as grief, social stigma and the implications for the mental health of both women and the healthcare personnel involved.
