Objective: to analyse the prenatal diagnosis of congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Method: Systematic review. Results and conclusion: The prenatal diagnosis of congenital diaphragmatic hernia has undergone significant advances thanks to the evolution of imaging modalities and a deeper understanding of the genetic determinants and underlying molecular mechanisms. The integration of ultrasonography and foetal magnetic resonance imaging, together with genomic studies and the identification of biomarkers in amniotic fluid, has optimised diagnostic accuracy and prognostic stratification.
