to analyse nursing care for patients with Parkinson's disease. Method: Systematic review of 15 articles. Results and conclusion: Nursing interventions with the strongest evidence of effectiveness include: structured educational programmes on medication management, personalised strategies for fall prevention, and integrated models of home care adapted to the stage of the disease. The implementation of these interventions requires specialised training of nursing staff, which is currently identified as a significant gap in various healthcare contexts.
