Objective: To analyse nursing intervention in postsurgical patients with vaginal prolapse. Method: Systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusion: Nursing care that combines rehabilitation of the pelvic floor, psychological support, preoperative education on recovery expectations and structured postoperative follow-up significantly improves the functional outcomes and quality of life of these patients.
