Resumen

Objetivo: analizar los métodos de cribado y diagnóstico precoz del cáncer de páncreas. Método: revisión sistemática en 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y Conclusión: El diagnóstico precoz del cáncer de páncreas es crucial para mejorar el pronóstico y la supervivencia de los pacientes, entre los métodos más prometedores se encuentran los biomarcadores tumorales, como el antígeno carbohidrato 19-9 (CA19-9), que, aunque limitado por su baja especificidad y sensibilidad, puede ser más efectivo cuando se combina con otros marcadores inflamatorios. La ecografía endoscópica con aspiración con aguja fina (EUS-FNA) es una técnica invasiva fundamental para obtener muestras de tejido, cuya optimización es esencial para aumentar su eficacia diagnóstica.
