Evaluation System
Articles must be original and unpublished. Double-blind peer review is used for refereeing, where the referees do not know the identity of the authors of the articles, and the authors do not know the identity of the referees. The reviewers are external to the publisher.
In order to promote greater reliability in the evaluation, the referees will preferably be from different countries and institutions, promoting greater diversity of opinion.
If the referee's decision is odd, a third referee will be sent with the intention of achieving a balanced decision on the evaluated article.
