Analysis of the democratic, social, legal and judicial situation in Venezuela [Análisis sobre Estado democrático, social, de derecho y de justicia en contexto Venezuela]

In the Venezuelan context, the State is constitutionally defined as democratic, social, and based on the rule of law and justice. The research was based on a review of documents, with the aim of constructing an analysis of the democratic, social, rule of law and justice state in the Venezuelan context, using scientific sources. To this end, a total of 25 scientific articles were selected that address various dimensions of the topic, such as human dignity, the separation of powers, constitutional justice, the political and social crisis, and democratic institutions in Venezuela. The documentary analysis shows that the Venezuelan State, although constitutionally conceived as democratic, social, and based on the rule of law and justice, faces a profound crisis that has eroded its essential foundations. Human dignity, the ethical and legal pillar of the state model, is being violated, which weakens the effective guarantee of human rights and social justice.
