Porn revenge and sexual privacy violations are forms of digital violence that violate fundamental rights, mainly affecting women in Ecuador. The objective was to analyse porn revenge and sexual privacy violations against victims in Ecuador. Through a documentary review and a gender-based approach, the cultural dynamics that aggravate the consequences for victims, such as blame and stigmatisation, are identified. It is concluded that it is necessary to incorporate revenge porn as a separate offence in Ecuadorian legislation, implement educational campaigns and guarantee specialised psychological support. This analysis highlights the urgent need for comprehensive public policies that address this issue and protect the rights of those affected.
