La estabilidad familiar como factor para el desarrollo de los niños y adolescentes [Crimes against the environment and nature in the protection of environmental rights]

La estabilidad familiar ha sido ampliamente reconocida como un factor determinante en el desarrollo integral de los niños y adolescentes. Se presenta como objetivo analizar la estabilidad familiar como factor para el desarrollo de los niños y adolescentes. La investigación se desarrolló utilizando una metodología descriptiva documental en revisión de 20 articulos científicos. Proteger la estabilidad familiar no se limita a mantener la estructura física de la familia, sino que también implica asegurar relaciones de calidad y garantizar que los niños participen en las decisiones que los afectan, tal como lo establece el Artículo 12 de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño. Factores como la alienación parental, la falta de conocimiento legal por parte de las familias y los conflictos entre padres no solo perjudican el bienestar emocional de los menores, sino que también vulneran su derecho a crecer en un entorno seguro y saludable.
