Anticuerpos monoclonales en cáncer de mama triple negativo metastásico: Sacituzumab Govitecan y Pembrolizumab [Monoclonal antibodies in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer: Sacituzumab Govitecan and Pembrolizumab]

Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar la eficacia de anticuerpos monoclonales, particularmente sacituzumab govitecan y pembrolizumab, en pacientes con cáncer de mama triple negativo metastásico pretratadas. Materiales y métodos: Revisión sistemática siguiendo metodología PRISMA. Se analizaron 18 estudios clínicos de bases de datos PubMed y SciELO, evaluando tasa de respuesta objetiva y supervivencia libre de progresión. Resultados: Sacituzumab govitecan mostró tasa de respuesta objetiva del 31-35% y supervivencia libre de progresión de 4.6-5.5 meses. Pembrolizumab combinado con quimioterapia alcanzó 42% de respuesta en pacientes con alta expresión de PD-L1. Conclusiones: Los anticuerpos monoclonales representan alternativa efectiva frente a quimioterapia convencional, con beneficios dependientes de biomarcadores y selección adecuada de pacientes.
